We are seeking to develop our current team by recruiting a Business Development Manager with recruitment Consultant experience to work on the structured development of business across the 32 counties in Ireland. Within 3/4 months you can earn in excess of Euro100k per annum.

Job Description:

Requirements:

Hunger and desire to earn money!

Driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Be willing to go the extra mile (this is not a 9am ? 5pm job).

You must be confident and have a social personality, previous sales experience is a necessity.

A lot of your role will be contacting candidates and clients, so excellent communication skills are needed.

You must be able to think outside the box.

The business has a very low staff turnover, therefore we are looking for a team player.
